How to handle the hot summery days in New York

After a long day of exploring the steamy streets--where sometimes the tar melts under your feet--I like to return to my comfy home-away-from home: the Plaza. I change into something more comfortable and watch the world go by from the legendary location among the trendy and the well-to-do (rumor has it Lady Gaga lives next door!) With Central Park only a few steps away, I can be with nature if the hustle and bustle gets too much!
