Island Style Shaved Ice

Ingredients

• • 560 grams shave ice
  • 6 strawberries, cut in quarters
  • 2 kiwi fruit, peeled, cut in half and quartered
  • 2 oranges
  • 4 vanilla mochi ice cream, cut in half
  • 320 grams sweetened condensed milk
  • 220 grams sweet red azuki beans
  • 2 strawberries, cut in 1/2 with stem

1. 1. Shave ice from ice block or use a ice shaver, place ice into individual chilled bowls
   2. Add quartered strawberries, oranges, kiwis, vanilla mochi ice cream and red beans to each bowl
   3. Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk over all fruits, beans and ice
   4. Garnish with 1/2 strawberry
