Ingredients

Yield:

Makes 1 cocktail

• • 2 oz (60 ml) Hennessy VS Cognac
  • 1/4 oz (7.5 ml) Luxardo Cherry liqueur
  • 1/2 oz (15 ml) fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz (15 ml) simple syrup
  • dash orange bitters
  • 1 oz (30 ml) Moet & Chandon Champagne
  • Garnish – orange disk zest

1. • Measure in the cognac, liqueur, lemon and simple syrup into a pint glass.
   • Add dash of bitters.
   • Fill with ice.
   • Cap and shake vigorously.
   • Strain drink into a martini glass.
   • Top with champagne.
   • Garnish with orange disk/spritz.
