  • 1/2 oz Cassis Cream
  • 3/4 oz of Fresh Lime Juice
  • 3/4 oz of ginger syrup

1. 1. Put all the ingredients in the Boston shaker
   2. Shake them vigorously
   3. Pour the content in a glass with 2 flaming star anise
   4. Garnish with a rosemary sprig
