Our Hearts Will Go On

Jamie and I fell in love 6 years ago, and are more in love today than ever.  We wed on August 9th, 2010 at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel, in the majestic castle set in the mountains. Every family has up's and down's, and we have had our fair share of downs this last year. I had to go for a kidney transplant and selflessly, Jamie offered to be my donor but was not able to, due to complications that ultimately led to the entire removal of his stomach.   It was a trying time, but our love and dedication to one another helped us persevere. During the months of recovery, we were grateful for the special memories of our wedding day at the Fairmont Banff Springs, as it was our "happy place" that uplifted our spirits.  As our love continues to grow, we return to "our castle" as frequent as possible, to escape reality and live our dream.   The Fairmont Banff Springs will aways be a place of contentment for us and will hold our hearts forever as we journey through the rest of our "fairy tale".
