The Charles Hays Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
- Yield:
- Serves 2
- 2 cups of milk
- 6 ounces of shaved semi-sweet chocolate
- 2 ounces of Yukon Jack Canadian Whiskey
- 2 ounces of Sortilège (French Canadian maple liqueur)
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- Ground nutmeg (just a pinch!)
Preparation

- 5 Minutes
- In a small pot on low heat, warm the milk and stir in the chocolate shavings until completely melted.
- Add the Yukon Jack , Sortilege and nutmeg along with the cinnamon sticks.
- Bring ingredients to a boil.
- Remove from the heat and wisk until ingredients becomes frothy.
- Serve in one of your favourite mugs. Add whipped cream and a spinkle of shaved chocolate!
