Take Assistant Housekeeping Manger, Michelle Hui. When the pint-sized assistant department head is not preparing the hotel's 556-guestrooms, she's tickling the ivories like there's no tomorrow. Debussy, Chopin, Beethoven - they're in her repertoire and music to everyone's ears.
