Our first (and only, so far) trip to Bermuda. We were on the executive floor and adored it! I don't drink coffee or tea and asked if it would be possible to get some hot chocolate. Our concierge response...why of course my dear, this IS the Southampton. It was served in a china pot on our balcony. It was my young daughter's first real tea party.
