Lost in Bermuda - if only still :)

October 2009 - I was on vacation at the Fairmont Southampton, Bermuda.  It was the best vacation ever.  Hotel is first class all the way, lovely accommodation, and the staff really know how to look after there guests, hotel location is perfect - the view from my room was amazing - overlooking the swimming pool, golf course and the ocean.  I was part of a very large group - which took over majority of the hotel.  Everyday we had different activities to attend, but my favorite of all was cooking with the Goslings (Rum) yum :)  This was at the beach restaurant - and we had our own Fairmont Chef's showing us how to prepare lots of fabulous dishes ( Bermuda Rum being the main important ingredient)  

I certainly hope to return to Fairmont Southampton one day soon.
