What a better way to end a winter escape from the cold north that spending time before your flight home - fishing.  Yes, fishing!  An option at the Fairmont Scottsdale .... My wife hadn't been fish since she was a child and the smile on her face when she caught a fish, was a perfect way to end a great vacation at a great property!
