Fairmont's gracious (G)HOSTS!

I must say my summer trip in Ottawa at the Fairmont Le Chateau was amazing! One memoriy that left my family with excitment was our elevator trip to the room! As we entered and tried to press the buttons to go up, the elevator froze! The door would not close, and we were really confused as to why! Then some others joined us and it started working right away. We needed the sixth floor, and apparently the ghosts didn't want people staying on that floor. These people wanted the third, so it worked for them. The door, and up we went to the third floor.  Aha, we walked the extra three flights after that. We all thought hmm maybe it was just stuck, and continued to explore the hotel. Then something else happened, we were walking down a dead end hall and we heard a girl talking and walking behind us and when we turned around she was gone ! Now we were all certain, this hotel was haunted!!!!!  Overall, we had a blast and loved everything from about the hotel.... from the beautiful piano, the beautiful gold elevators, to the  flawless curtains, to the lovely staff, to the gorgeous river, and the supernatural! lol
