Even the Chef's enjoy the atmosphere!

Whilst returning to our favorite hotel - The Royal York Toronto, we took the time to take the Rooftop garden tour - where the Fairmont Bee Hives are kept along with an entire rooftop garden where the Chef's grow there own herb's & spices.

I rounded a corner and there the chefs had cooked themselves a meal and were eating Al Fresco amongst the surrounding Toronto skyline they kindly let me take a photo it was a perfect site - Wish we could have joined them im sure the food was as fantastic as the restaurants - This goes to show how committed they are to there work family that most people given the choice will disappear on a break but these guys chose to make something special and spend there quality time together as a team - That's why we only stay with Fairmont - Its being part of some great mutual experience for the staff as well as the guests & you know its genuine :-)
