Discovery Climb

Beginning from the Lower Old Town, up break-neck stairs past UNESCO heritage sites and what appear as the oldest stone buildings in Canada (as well preserved as any European site)... we persevered on this historic climb, taking in views of the St-Laurent, until at the top of the stairs we were met by Samuel de Champlain himself in a most majestic pose towards Quebec's most iconic Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac.
