A Wonderful "Staycation"

I didn't realize that Chateau Montebello was such a family friendly resort. We had a wonderful week-end riding bikes, swimming, horseback riding and clay shooting (my husbands personal highlight,).
I call the resort "rustic luxury". It has the authentic log cabin bones but inside this magnificant building is complete luxury. The beds have comfortable white duvets - which are my personal favorite. The food is amazing. You can't miss the brunch. It has a variety of fresh food for both the health conscious person and the "indulger". It is guarenteed to fill you up for the whole day. Which is good because there many things to do here that you won't want to stop to eat.
