Executive Chef Takashi Ito is an ice carving master. With his ice sculptures showcased around the world, Chef Ito recently returned from Russia. He competed in an International competition for ice carving.
Chef Ito has carved ice for Olympics in Nagano and Salt Lake City. A culinary master by day and an ice carving master by night.
