Head Bartender, Grant Sceney made us proud as he represented Canada in the Diageo World Class finals last week in the United Kingdom, against 46 of the world’s best bartenders. He shook, stirred and muddled his way through a series of grueling challenges and was ranked amongst the top SIX bartenders in the world; accomplishing an impressive overall fourth place finish. He channeled his inner Ernest Hemmingway as he won the ‘Written Words’ Challenge, where finalists combined writing and mixology. Be sure to stop by The Lobby Lounge for a "Round of Applause".
