Amazing service and staff

We just returned from a 2 weeks trip to Hawaii. We went with our 2 kids, ages 5 and 9. We stayed at the Fairmont in Hawaii (the big island) and the one in Maui (Kea Lani). Both were amazing. The one in Hawaii is highly recommended due to its beach lagoon. Kids can swim freely there, with seaturtles and other amazing fish. One can also rent water equipment (like paddle boards and kayakes) for a fixed fee for the whole stay (which is a great deal). The one in Maui is more luxurious, but both had top notch service, very kind staff, and very attentive. There was no request that was not met. Highly recommend this chain. Definitely good value for your money.
