Recently, Pyramid Restaurant sommelier Hunter Hammett was a judge at the Dallas Morning News Wine Competition. While there, he tasted an exceptional port, Some of That Red, by Red Caboose Winery.
Now, Pyramid is the first and only restaurant to feature this wine by the glass.
Red Caboose Winery is in Meridian, Texas. It is the first winery in its existence in that area and run an environmentally-friendly winery with LEED green building design.
