New at Pyramid Restaurant & Bar: Playful Pairings partners casual dining options with an unlikely beverage option – creating an unexpected complimentary fusion for guest’s palettes. The foray into Playful Pairings begins in March with “Burgers ‘n Beaujolais,” featuring a trio of petite burgers and a flight trio of Cru Beaujolais from the French districts of Fleurie, Moulin-à-Vent and Morgon – all at a reasonable price of $24. Additional pairings will roll out monthly to keep the concept fresh.
