 * Help your guests be interactive by being creative with your on-site reception. To increase guest engagement try incorporating a cooking demo from the hotel chef, or even have a "cook-your-own" dinner themed reception! When doing transportation, steer away from the normalcy of a bus and try something fun like a Trolley or Duck tour.

If you are hosting a conference somewhere warm, serve fun refreshments throughout your meeting. If your meeting is being held in an historic city like Boston, tie in colonial times and American History. When using a historic property, mention some interesting facts in your opening dialog to spark interest in your guests.
