Fairmont Hotels Around the World Celebrate all things Tea on November 12, 2011.
Join us at The Fairmont Copley Plaza, where we're recreating our historic Tea Court with a Champagne Afternoon Tea service from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. in the lobby. Enjoy selections from Fairmont's extensive tea menu, as well as assorted finger sandwiches, delicate pastries, and freshly baked scones with Devonshire cream and fruit preserves. The Oak Bar will also feature special, tea-infused cocktails throughout the day and evening, such as the Organic Green MarTEAni, comprised of organic green tea and organic gin; the Royal MarTEAni, a mixture of Earl Grey Vodka, regular vodka and Grand Marnier; and the Orange TranquiliTEA, composed of herbal tea infused simple syrup and orange vodka.
