Fresh Tomato and Mango Salsa

• • 6 Fresh ripe tomatoes - cored and diced
  • 1 Ripe mango - peeled, seeded and diced
  • 1 Fresh jalapeno pepper - seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 Fresh pasilla pepper - seeded and cut into small dice
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 Small bunch of cilantro - roughly chopped
  • 1 Fresh lime - juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

1. • Prepare all ingredients as listed above
   • Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly
   • Season to taste
   • Allow the salsa to rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours
   • Adjust seasoning if needed and serve
