Blueberry Almond Cake

Ingredients

• • ½ Cup Sugar
  • ½ Cup Almond Paste
  • 1 Stick Unsalted Butter
  • 3 Large Whole Eggs
  • 1 Cup Blueberries
  • ½ Cup Sliced Almonds
  • ½ Cup + 1Tbsp All Purpose Flour

1. • Preheat oven to 350°F.
   • Cream the sugar and almond paste with a paddle attachment on a stand mixer.
   • Add butter and continue to mix until smooth.
   • Add eggs one at a time until incorporated.
   • Spray mini loaf pans with non stick spray, fill 2/3 with batter and sprinkle blueberries and sliced almonds on top.
   • Bake at 350°F for 18-20 minutes.
