• • 1.5 Vol oz Bombay Gin
  • 1.75 Vol oz Jamaica (Hibiscus) Syrup
  • 0.25 Vol oz Maraschino Liqueur
  • 0.5 Vol oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 0.75 Vol oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 5 leaves Mint
  • 1 Egg White
  • 3 Dashes Regan's Orange Bitters

1. 1. In mixing glass add Mint Leaves and Jamaica Syrup
   2. Muddle gently and then remove Mint Leaves with Tongs
   3. Measure the remaining ingredients into the Mixing Glass
   4. Dry Shake
   5. Add Ice Cubes and hard shake
   6. Strain into chilled Cocktail Glass
   7. Add three dashes of Regan's Orange Bitters
