Spice up your summer with Fairmont Mayakoba’s Cucumber & Habanero Margarita

Ingredients

• • 1 ¼ oz Tequila of your choice
  • ¼ oz Habanero infused Tequila
  • The juice of ¾ of a medium size lime
  • ¼ lime
  • ¾ oz agave honey (you can also use any other swe
  • One thick slice of cucumber
  • Ice cubes
  • One thin slice of cucumber for decoration
  • Salt and chili powder for garnish

1. 1. 1. Rub half the rim of a margarita glass with the ¼ lime.
   2. 2. Dip the rim of the glass in a saucer with salt and chili powder until it is evenly coated, set aside.
   3. 3. Mix the two tequilas, the lemon juice and the agave honey in a shaker with ice.
   4. 4. Pour into the margarita glass.
   5. 5. Cut the thick slice of cucumber in cubes, put 4-6 in the Margarita glass.
   6. 6. Garnish with a thin slice of cucumber.
