With a combination of our finest land and off land specialties, El Puerto restaurant entices guests with an incredible array of edible Mexican blooms. This fall, Fairmont Mayakoba is blossoming Chef Diego Stefan’s creation of ‘Fall.ing Flowers’ with a tasting menu that sparks a true gourmand’s curiosity. Uncovering distinctive flavors, shapes and aromas of Mexican blooms, El Puerto invites to enhance your senses this season. The mouthwatering menu is priced at $80 USD per person and a 24 hour reservation is required in advance.
