How to Brine your Turkey

• Brine

  • 8 Liters of Water
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Small chopped onion
  • 2 Oranges sliced
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • 2 Springs of Thyme, Rosemary and Sage
  • 2 Tbls black peppercorn

1. Preparing the Brine

   • Add all ingredients to a large pot, bring to a boil. Remove from heat and chill in refridgerator
   • Cover turkey in brine in the fridge for 12 hours
   • Remove, pat dry and begin your roasting preparations
