Mini-Moon Getaway

Born and raised in Calgary, I never had the opportunity to visit Lake Louise. When it came time to desiding where to spend out mini-moon vacation (short break after our wedding) there was no other place I wanted to go. We spent the week doing the Alberta Fairmont tour. Staying at the Paliser in Calgary, Banff Springs, Chateau in Lake Louise and finishing back at home in Edmonton at the MacDonald.
This picture was taken by my husband only 2 days into our marriage (September 2008), while enjoying a canoe ride around the lake.
