We stumbled upon the Kitchen tour. We learned so much about the history and artistry of the fabulous Fairmont Banff Springs kitchen. mmmm the delightful sights and smells of the culinary creations. Talk about your favorite wishes, I think you can even eat the dishes! The chocolates were incredible too.
