A tradition in Banff

Every Thanksgiving my wife, daughter and I travel to Banff for Thanksgiving.  We have the great buffet dinner, enjoy the hot pool, go bowling and hike around the area.  We try to catch some cooking demonstrations and wine tastings as well. This time, however after one of the demonstrations, we had a back room tour of the kitchens and prep areas for the many hotel restaurants! What a fantastic experience, and everyone was so friendly even though they were busy preparing for the dinner's at the many restaurants at the resort! Truly a Fairmont experience.
