it was a great stay and an excellent service at the gold lounge. the hotel has an perfect spot for all the things to do in dallas. the rooms are perfect and in a very good condition. may be the room service isn't perfect and they miss often a thing. book a room on the gold floors and you are totally pampered. it was the best "gold service" i ever had in a fairmont hotel. next time definitely the fairmont dallas again.
