"Totally a Slice of Heaven"

Wanted to thank you personally for helping me with the reservation overbook situation last month.

We had a wonderful time at the Southampton Bermuda hotel, everything was first class, as always, and totally a slice of heaven.

I would also like to commend in particular, Racquel,  on the Gold floor of the hotel, for outstanding service and help. The Gold experience is far beyond any other concierge accommodations I have had in any other hotel chain.

Thanks again for your help with my reservation, I truly appreciate your assistance with my vacation booking.
