Teacher's Convention 2012

NEA had its annual teacher's convention in Chicago, Ill. I had be elected as a local representive from our school district. I traveled with two other women and we were to stay at the Fairmont. The week we were there we got to see many sights outside of the meetings we were in at the conventions center. I loved being in Chicago and enjoyed going to Navy Pier, Sears Tower, a boat ride that talked about the buildings. So much to see and not enough time to do it all. I was very impressed with the convention center and the people who worked there (all very nice). Chicago has so much history. I want to go back and see the things I did not see.
