Tea at the Empress

I have always dreamed of having high tea at the Empress in Victoria. She felt that her trip to that beautiful city and her stay at the Fairmont played a key role in helping her to heal from the death of my father. My husband and I had a wonderful trip, and tea at the Empress was one of the highlights.
