Special weekend

I just like to express my gratitude for the exceptional service we received during our stay last weekend. My husband and I were celebrating my birthday in the Chateau Lake Louise and we were presently surprised by the loveley towel cake Pedro left in our room. Then after we came back from a nice walk around the Lake, a bottle of champagne was waiting for us in our room. Also we were given 2 beverage tickets and when we went to dinner in the Fairview room, our waitress surpised us with a glass of procecco. Those little touches are the things that makes people come back and make it extra special. As a person in the travel industry myself I know how important those are to the clients we serve. Also the staff in the lakeview room and dining room as well front desk was outstanding. Also the Japanese girl in the jewelry store downstairs were my husband bought me a beautiful ammolite pendant was very sweet and gave us great service.

Keep this up and even we all know the beauty of Lake Louise and the Chateau it is also very important how you as a guest are being served.
