It was my little girl Sarah's B-day (turning 4 years old) while we were in Victoria staying at the Empress Hotel. To celebrate her Birthday I took Sarah and her best friend Acadia for Pricess High Tea. It just happened that while enjoying their peppermint and pinapple teas the newest Prince George was born---how fitting !!
