Ottawa on my mind

I travelled across Canada on my honeymoon and when we got to Ottawa splurged with the Fairmont Chateau Laurier. My first trip to my nations capital was a spectacular event in my life as a proud Canadian. The hotel is right were you want to be in Ottawa beside the UNESCO World Heritage site of the Rideu Canal as well as the heart of our democracy Parliment Hill. Also it is close to numerous museums, historical sites and Sparks Street. The hotel itself is large piece of Canadian history. Beautiful decore, architecture and the list of former guests, dignitaries and VIPs suites the gradure of this hotel and town. I can't wait to go back and comes only second to my wife as the favorite memory of my honeymoon.
