Love at The Beaver Club

My husband and I could not think of a better way to celebrate his 50th birthday, in 2004, than by staying at the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth in Montreal.  To top off our celebration, we dined in style at The Beaver Club.  The food was heavenly and our server made us feel as if he was there to serve us, alone.  This was not our only stay with Fairmont, but it was certainly the most memorable.
