GOLDEN HEAVEN

On our arrival at the Fairmont, Washington DC, we were delighted to have a complimentary upgrade to Fairmont Gold. We had only two nights in Washington before continuing with the rest of our vacation. We spent a very full day seeing all the touristy and iconic sights of Washington, by day and by night. We returned, weary and footsore, to our Fairmont Gold room to find the welcoming sight of a softly lit room, low soothing music, a turn-down bed with Egyptian cotton sheets, and comfy slippers for our aching feet. After relaxing in the wonderful whirlpool tub, we sank into our blissfully comfortable beds. The whole experience was sheer heaven!
