Just a short note to let you know how very much we enjoyed our stay at the Fairmont Tremblant last week and over Christmas. The level of service at your hotel is bar none the highest level of service we have ever received anywhere! All of your staff are extremely friendly, polite and competent and they go above and beyond to make it the best experience possible. From the front desk, to the wait staff, to housekeeping – every interaction we had with every one of your staff was truly outstanding! And the flexibility of your hotel dog policy meant we were able to bring our small dog with us and that meant a world of difference to us, particularly over Christmas.
I would like to make special mention of Amanda at your Windingo Restaurant who discovered that our reservation for Christmas Dinner (made in November) had not been correctly entered into the system. She was especially helpful and charming, met with her manager and followed up with a phone call to us, as well as in person! Amanda helped ensure that we had a very special Christmas dinner at the Windigo. And our dinner that night was superb! The service, the food and the people were absolutely fantastic! We can’t wait to return and will continue to rave about the Fairmont Tremblant to all of our friends and family.
