Fairmont Summer Herbs

My husband and I had an amazing weekend retreat at the Fairmont Royal York in Toronto.  We spent hours wandering around the city on foot, explored local attractions and restaurants, and relaxed at the beautiful hotel.  While there we had the opportunity to visit the hotel rooftop gardens and bee hives where we came upon two chefs picking herbs under the sun and in the shadow of the CN Tower.  A peaceful retreat hidden right in the middle of a busy city, this made me appreciate even more such a beautiful day.
