Best SF birthday ever!

When I asked my daughter what she'd like for her 6th birthday, she said "I want to spend the night at The Fairmont!"  She is a 4th generation San Franciscan and has walked by The Fairmont many times.  So, I agreed and booked a room for the two of us.  Little did we know what a magical night it would be, thanks to the wonderful staff at the Front Desk.  Thank you, Scott!

When we checked in, I told the staff of the special birthday request.  They thought it was so sweet.  I had just taken my daughter to the Disney store to buy a special dress from the movie 'Brave.' We promptly showed the staff and told them we were going upstairs so my daughter change put the dress on and then we were going dancing at The Tonga Room (as my parents had done nearly 50 years ago!).  The staff was so kind and generous, Scott upgraded our room to a suite!  Then, proceeded to escort us to the room.  We couldn't believe how beautiful it was.  To make the night even more special, Scott asked Room Service to deliver a beautiful piece of chocolate cake on a personalized decorated plate!  We were in heaven.

I can't say enough about how well we were treated.  Scott and the other staff members went ABOVE and BEYOND to make this night a magical memory we will never forget.  The Fairmont is lucky to have such incredibly kind, generous, gracious and  enthusiastic employees.  We are so grateful!
