First off, the rooms and grounds of the hotel are beautiful! It was my 14 month old son's first vacation and the Princess made everything perfect. I needed a crib and to my suprise...they even provided outlet covers so I didn't have to worry about that. The rooms were always clean beyond expectation. Even when it was raining, they called everyone in the resturant a covered ride back to their room and they were waiting for us when we were done eating - we didn't have to wait for them to get there. The Gold breakfast was amazing everyday and the staff was always super nice and personable. After the first breakfast, they knew my son always wanted apple juice in a "special" cup and they had the high chair set up for us at our table before we walked in! Everything was simply fantastic and I would definately stay there again and refer EVERYONE I know to stay there. AMAZING FOOD, AMAZING STAFF, AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!
