The art displayed throughout Fairmont Baku, Flame Towers is one of the world's most interesting and diverse new art collections of both local and internationally renowned artists in Azerbaijan, if not the world. Curated by art consultancy Farmboy Fine Arts, the hotel features over 400 pieces of fine art to complement the extraordinary and innovative architectural design of the building itself by HOK International.
These museum calibre exhibits were inspired by the ghazal, one of the earliest poetic forms in Azeri culture. Just as the ghazal tells the story of the pain of unattainable love, so these works commissioned by Farmboy explore why art is often considered unattainable.
The collection is displayed in the public areas, restaurants, spa, meetings area and guest rooms.
