The Fairmont San Jose's recent Wine & Dine with Our Chefs Dinner Series featured dishes created by Executive Chef Anthony Hsia, Executive Sous-Chef Arwi Odense, Sous-Chef Eugene Zelditch and Pastry Chef Fernando Arreola.
