This is a new summer menu item that features local Pemberton heirloom tomatoes, Root Down Organics wilted rainbow chard, grilled garlic scapes, Salt Spring Island goat cheese, roof-top lavender and calendula honey. Best enjoyed on The Mallard's patio sipping a glass of bubbly in the alpenglow.
