Ingredients
Yield:
4 Servings
4 Racks Baby Back Pork Ribs
1 Cup Kosher Salt
1/2 Cup Korean Chilli Powder
1/2 Cup Chinese Five Spice
1/4 Cup Black Pepper
Barbecue Sauce or Glaze
3 Tablespoons Sliced Green Onions
Preparation

2.5 Hours
10 min. on grill to finish
Total Time:
2.75 Hours
Combine Spices and apply dry rub to ribs
Refrigerate marinated ribs for 24 hours
Preheat oven to 275°
Place small pan of water on bottom rack of oven
Place ribs on rack above in roasting pan
Roast ribs for 2.5 hours or until desired tenderness
Remove ribs and allow to cool
Grill ribs for 7-10 minutes, basting with barbecue sauce or desired glaze
Add chopped green onions on top of ribs and serve
