5cl Hendricks Scottish Gin
1cl Housemade Christmas Syrup (Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cloves, Vanilla in simple syrup, strained and clarified)
15cl Tonic Water

Garnish with Mint Leaf and Raspberries
