Barbecued Eco Label Atlantic Salmon Fillet, Maple and Tamari Marinade Home Made Tartar Sauce, Crushe

Ingredients

• For Salmon and Marinade

  • 4 pcs of 7 / 8 oz Salmon Fillets, Skin on
  • 1 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 cup Tamari sauce
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp of crushed chili flakes
  • ½ cup of Olive oil
  • Juice of 3 limes
  • Fresh Cracked Black Pepper

• For Tartar

  • Juice 1 Lemon
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 1 tbsp gherkins
  • 1 tbsp red onion
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Chive
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise

• For Potatoes

  • 2 Lbs whole baby red potatoes
  • ½ Cup Sour Cream
  • 1tbsp of butter
  • ¼ cup diced green onion
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

1. Salmon and Marinade Method:

   • Combine all ingredients and marinade salmon for 60 minutes. To cook salmon preheat BBQ to medium high heat. Place salmon fillet on grill for 4- 5 minutes. Turn over fillet with the skin side down. Baste frequently with marinade, cook for 7/8 minutes. Remove from heat by sliding thin metal spatula between skin and fillet, thus removing the skin from the fillet.

2. Tartar Method:

   • Place ingredients in Food processor

3. Potatoes Method:

   • Place potatoes in 375 degree oven for 45 minutes, crush with a fork and mix in all ingredients

4. Presentation:

   • Serve dish with favorite vegetable or salad!
