Canadian Coffee – Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge
Here in Canada, we’re pretty used to the cold weather - That's why we've created this perfect drink for everyone who isn't ready to take on the cold temperatures. This drink is sure to keep you warm on those frigid winter days!

Café Maya – Fairmont Mayakoba
Xtabentún is an anise liqueur made in Mexico's Yucatán region from anise seed, and fermented honey produced by honey bees from the nectar of xtabentún flowers. Rum is then added to the anise and honey mixture.

Fire & Ice – Fairmont Hotel MacDonald
Fire and ice is a perfect warm wintery drink. We capture the spice and the warmth at the first few sips. It has a soothing blend and very flavorful.

Glam’ Me More – Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac
Warm and comforting, the Glam Me More always amazes us by its unbelievable smoothness.

Jesse’s Hot Shot – Fairmont Tremblant
The warm cocktail perfection at the end of a day spent outside in the wintery cold.

Lynchburg Apple Pie – Fairmont Banff Springs
This delicious winter treat is one of our favourites to enjoy on a chilly day while reading a book near a fireplace. The Lynchburg Apple Pie is available in the Rundle Lounge at the Fairmont Banff Springs.

Salted Hazelnut Hot Chocolate – Fairmont Chateau Laurier
Warm cocktails are the perfect medication for chilly winter nights. Fortified with brown liquors and deliciously flavored with caramel, our Salted Hazelnut Hot Chocolate cocktail is just comfort in a glass.
